In August 2021, Kyiv will host the International Defence Investment Forum of Ukraine

According to the website of the Ministry of Strategic Industries, the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleg Uruskyi held a constituent meeting to prepare for the International Defense Investment Forum of Ukraine at the Sikorsky Challenge platform in August 2021.

At the meeting with representatives of the Ministry for Strategic Industries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education and Science, National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, State Space Agency of Ukraine, Ukroboronprom State Concern, League of Defence Companies of Ukraine and Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers issues of the forum were discussed, such as its format, as well as organizational, financial and logistical support of the event.

It is planned to involve representatives of state authorities, diplomatic missions, international organizations and missions of foreign countries, relevant state defense enterprises and associations to participate in the Forum.

The event will feature a demonstration of selected models of weapons and military equipment of domestic manufacturers, as well as some modern solutions and developments in the defense industry, which are offered by scientists in the interests of law enforcement agencies and for the development of Ukraine’s defense industry.
