There are no orders for TKBM “Dozor-B” in 2021: the armored vehicle has not yet passed the qualification tests

We are talking about the serial model “Dozor-B”, which was to be manufactured at KhKBM – Defense Express reports.

This was announced during the online conference “On the state of implementation of state defence order for 2021 and the prospects of rearmament of the Ukrainian army with new models of weapons”, which took place on Friday, April 16, said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Oleksandr Myroniuk.

According to him, among the numerous samples of new Ukrainian equipment, the purchase or financing of tests of which was announced last year as part of a government order in 2021 (such as RK-360MC Neptune, tests of multiple rocket launcher “Vilkha” and MiG-29MU2 fighter, etc.), “Dozor-B” is not included.

“In May last year, this vehicle was adopted by order of the Minister of Defence. The Ministry of Defence tried to conduct qualification tests in August (2020), then in December, then we were promised in February (2021). But, unfortunately, a year has passed, and there is still no sample for qualification tests for a serial vehicle, ”Oleksandr Myroniuk noted.
