Membership Terms and Application Process

The terms and conditions of membership in the Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers (AUDM), including procedures for termination, are governed by the Association’s internal regulations.

Membership is open to legal entities — including associations, enterprises, institutions, and organizations of any ownership structure or form of subordination — that recognize the Constitution of Ukraine, support the mission of AUDM, and are committed to active participation in the Association’s activities.

How to Join

Step 1
Complete the membership application form at the following link:

Step 2
An AUDM representative will contact you to discuss your application. Please be prepared to provide additional information if requested.

Step 3
Your application will be reviewed by the AUDM Board for approval.

Step 4
Once approved, you will receive an official Welcome Letter along with details regarding payment of the admission fee.

Step 5
Upon receipt of the required payment(s), your membership will be activated, granting you full access to the rights and benefits of an AUDM Member.

Membership Fees

  • Admission Fee
    Purpose of payment: Admission fee to AUDM.

  • Optional Contribution (Donation)
    Purpose of payment: Voluntary donation to support AUDM activities.

  • Annual Membership Fee
    Purpose of payment: Membership fee to AUDM.

The specific amounts for admission and membership fees are determined on an individual basis.

Become a Member of AUDM

We invite you to join the Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers (AUDM) if you:

  1. Operate in Ukraine’s defense industry, intend to expand your production capacity, or plan to enter the defense sector.
  2. Possess expertise in the development, manufacturing, modernization, or maintenance of weapons systems and military equipment.
  3. Are a specialist in defense industry regulation, export controls, or the international trade of military and dual-use goods.
  4. Support and align with AUDM’s mission to liberalize the defense production and trade market, foster transparent business practices, and prevent corruption.
