Negotiations with Russia due toDonbass: A military expert called the possible changes in the Normandy format

The head of the Association’s Supervisory Board, the military expert, the lieutenant-general of the reserve, Dmytro Umanets, gave an interview at the Obozrevatel studio, where the issues regarding the situation in the zone of environmental protection, lustration in the defense departments and declassified procurement in the defense were discussed.

In an interview, Dmitry Ilarionovich supported the initiative of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the format of negotiations on the Donbas and noted that the best option would be to engage in negotiations in the Norman format and China, however, he said, Beijing’s participation is not at present.
