Strong result of “economic growth”

The Union of Manufacturers of Armament and Military Equipment of Ukraine unites 83 largest Ukrainian private producers and suppliers of armaments and military equipment, which today provide more than half of the defense order of the Ukrainian Army.

Specialists of the Association conducted work on the study of the problems of the private sector of defense enterprises of Ukraine and the search for ways to solve them. During the negotiations with the representatives of the private sector of the defense industry, it became known that the pre-payment in accordance with the adopted decisions is not carried out in full, which leads to a delay in payment of wages and the purchase of the necessary components to the products.

Recently, in conditions of unstable financing, more and more highly skilled specialists are forced to work outside national boundaries, and as a result, private defense enterprises of Ukraine may be left without qualified personnel, thereby jeopardizing the execution of defense orders by executors.
