Ukrspecsystems: Innovations Proved by the War

A member of the Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers, the Ukrspecsystems company was founded in 2014, at the very beginning of the military conflict in Eastern Ukraine. And since at that time, the Ukrainian Army did not have any ready-made unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for full-scale operations, Ukrspecsystems began to manufacture their own. The first own unmanned aerial vehicle was created specifically for military purposes with the support of military advisers and partial borrowing of the features of recreational drones and quadrotors. Subsequently, the unmanned aerial vehicles of Ukrspecsystems proved their effectiveness and reliability in the real environment of combat operations.

The company is engaged in the development and production of UAV complexes, ground control stations and operational loads. At the moment, the company’s products include a UAV complex of glider-borne type PD-1, a compact tactical copter PК-1 with different operational loads, as well as a line of gyrostabilized platforms with various cameras for copters and airlines.

So far, Ukrspecsystems has more than 40 experienced specialists engaged in the development, production, installation of products. A wide range of specialists and powerful technical base make it possible to carry out tasks from the development and creation of prototypes of new products to the implementation, sequential production in a short period of time.

Ukrspecsystems was awarded the largest symbol of credibility from the Ukrainian Army when it signed a government contract for the supply of UAVs. The amazing reviews from many world-famous brands at AUVSI XPONENTIAL in Dallas and LIMA 2017 in Kuala Lumpur have proved that the company is moving in the right direction.
