Despite the dreams of “experts” from Russia: BM “Oplot-M” and BTR-3E continue to defend the interests of Thailand

Recently, regular exercises of the Royal Army of Thailand were held, which involved military equipment made in Ukraine – reports Defense Express.

Units of the Royal Thai Marine Corps, Royal Thai Army and the SOF of this country, conducted regular joint exercises with combat fire with the involvement of tanks BM (combat vehicle) “Oplot-M” and armored personnel carriers APC BTR-3E1 on April 9.

This event once again “shattered” the dreams of Russian media “experts” about the alleged refusal of the military of this Asian country from Ukrainian military equipment.

It will be recalled that since 2007 Ukraine has been supplying BTR-3 armored personnel carriers to Thailand (and numerous modifications based on this platform). In total, we are talking about the export of more than 200 combat vehicles.
